What are the requirements for installation?
1. Core Usage Environment of Folding Box
This type of movable container folding box has a wide conventional adaptation range, capable of withstanding extreme temperatures from -50°C to 60°C, resisting winds of force 8-10, meeting seismic requirements of degree 8, and achieving a reuse rate of over 95%.
General scenarios: Temporary housing in various settings such as construction camps, emergency disaster relief shelters, cultural tourism homestays/flash stores, and industrial/mining field operations.
Special Climate Adaptation:
Low-temperature sandstorm areas: Use low-temperature resistant and aging-proof sealing strips, adjust seams to avoid the prevailing wind direction, and prevent sand and dust from entering indoors;
High-altitude and large temperature difference areas: Regularly inspect for panel deformation, replace door and window molding strips before the monsoon season to prevent air leakage and rain ingress;
High-Temperature Overseas Engineering Zones: Reinforce anti-corrosion processes to meet sealing and insulation requirements for high-temperature sandstorm climates.
Environmental restrictions: The ambient humidity should not exceed 80% for prolonged periods. If so, an additional moisture-proof mat is recommended to prevent floor deformation due to moisture.
2. Prerequisites for Installation
Site Foundation Requirements
The ground must be level and firm, with an overall deviation of no more than 5mm as measured by a level, a slope of ≤3°, and proper drainage to prevent water accumulation and settlement at the base;
For soft ground, a crushed stone sub-base of ≥15cm thickness must be laid. For long-term use, it is recommended to install a concrete hardening sub-base or spiral ground pile foundation. In frost-prone areas, the load must be distributed below the frost depth.
Installation operation conditions
At least two people are required to complete the task collaboratively. The standard installation time per box is approximately 2-3 hours. Tools such as wrenches and levels must be prepared in advance, and sufficient space for hoisting operations must be reserved;
When unfolding the framework, align the hinge parts. After all the sandwich panels are inserted into the slots, secure them with bolts. Fasten the corners with ground anchor bolts, and install additional diagonal supports in high-wind areas to enhance wind resistance.
Detail Adaptation Conditions
After installation, use a level to recheck the horizontal alignment of the box. If the deviation exceeds 3mm, adjust the anchor bolts to prevent door frame tilting and ensure smooth opening and closing of doors and windows;
Seal the joints of the panels with waterproofing sealant. Install flame-retardant sleeves for circuit penetrations through walls. Maintain a safety distance of at least 1.2 meters between indoor open flame equipment and the panels.
