The customer needs to level and harden the installation site in advance, prioritize using reinforced concrete as the foundation, ensure that the ground is higher than the surrounding area, reserve drainage ditch positions around the box in advance to avoid water accumulation during the rainy season pouring back into the box, and clean up obstacles in the site to reserve safe space for crane operations.
2, Safety control during installation process
Non staff members on the installation site must stay away from the lifting operation area, set up warning signs, and avoid safety accidents caused by heavy objects falling; The customer needs to confirm that the installation personnel are professional certified personnel, who will supervise the lifting and splicing processes throughout the process, check the tightness of bolts and whether the plate overlap is tight. The overlap length should not be less than 15mm to prevent potential water leakage hazards in the later stage.
3, Key points for core function acceptance
Water supply and drainage system: Accept the pressure test results of the water supply pipeline, confirm that there is no leakage, and choose to connect to the municipal pipeline network or the supporting water storage tank according to the site conditions. Check whether the drainage of the roof "human" shaped canopy is smooth, and whether the drainage holes at the bottom of the box are unobstructed.
Hidden engineering verification: Check whether the circuit is laid in PVC pipes, with strong and weak electricity separated and no insulation aging issues; Focus on checking whether the sealant sealing of the box joint and pipeline through wall holes is tight, and whether the moisture-proof layer added at the bottom is intact and undamaged.
Safety performance confirmation: Containers installed in the field/at heights must be inspected to ensure that the grounding resistance of the lightning rod meets the standard, and that the protective fences of stairs and balconies are securely welded; At the same time, check that the fire-fighting facilities are fully equipped, the fire separation distance meets the specifications, and the oxygen index of the metal sandwich panel is not less than 32, which meets the fire protection requirements.
Thermal insulation inspection: Confirm that sound insulation cotton and thermal insulation cotton have been installed inside the box to avoid situations where indoor temperatures far exceed outdoor temperatures in summer, and simultaneously check whether the supporting facilities such as air conditioning are operating normally.
4, Subsequent use and maintenance
After installation, the customer needs to keep a list of components. Before moving the box, the indoor items should be cleared and the operation should be carried out in the order of "installation first, disassembly later"; Regularly check the integrity of the anti rust paint on steel components during daily use, cut off power when walking, and avoid overloading the circuit and causing fires. After expiration, a professional organization needs to conduct a safety assessment, and only after passing the assessment can it continue to be used.
